When you click on one of these icons/exe the virus responses by replicating itself to all machines it can find on the network. The really tricky part was it use names of folders that the machine already had. The virus affected one machine, hid all the folders and added exe's with icons that almost looked like windows folder icons. Not sure if you have the same virus we did, but here's what we experienced. We got one of these a few months back it took down our network for two days.
